A friend took me to a wine tasting this week and I confidently described a red as "very… red". The winemaker smiled the way you smile at a toddler's drawing. So let's get the vocabulary right this time. Today's 🥖 Vivre en France classic is a proper dégustation: swirling, sniffing, opinions, and one near-disaster. Grab a glass, or at least a very serious face.
Une amie m'a emmenée à une dégustation de vin cette semaine, et j'ai décrit un rouge, très sûre de moi, comme « très… rouge ». Le vigneron a souri comme on sourit au dessin d'un petit enfant. Alors cette fois, on apprend le bon vocabulaire. Le classique de 🥖 Vivre en France du jour, c'est une vraie dégustation : on fait tourner, on sent, on donne son avis, et on frôle la catastrophe. Prends un verre, ou au moins un air très sérieux.
