Valentin : Salut Océane, je me demande, tu as déjà eu des ennuis ✪ au boulot ?
— Hi O, I was wondering, have you ever had any trouble at work?
Océane : Eh bien, une fois, j'ai pris une pause café ✪ un peu plus longue que prévu. Mon patron n'a pas du tout apprécié.
— Well, one time I took a coffee break that was a bit longer than I'd planned. My boss didn't like it at all.
Valentin : Oh là, ça semble un peu sévère. Qu'est-ce qui cloche chez lui ? ✪ Moi, c'était plutôt idiot. J'ai accidentellement envoyé un e-mail interne à toute la société. C'était nul !
— That sounds a bit harsh. What's wrong with him? On my end, it was pretty stupid. I accidentally sent an internal e-mail to the whole company. It was terrible!
Océane : Oh non ! Ça a dû être gênant.
— Oh no! That must have been embarrassing.
Valentin : Oui, c'était un vrai malentendu ✪. Mais mon chef n'était pas content. On a tous le droit à l'erreur, non ? Nous ne sommes pas des robots après tout… pas encore, en tout cas.
— Yes, it was a real misunderstanding. But my boss wasn't happy. We're all entitled to make mistakes, aren't we? After all, we're not robots... not yet, anyway.
Océane : C'est fou comme parfois, les gens peuvent être durs pour des petites choses.
— It's amazing how hard people can be on little things sometimes.
Valentin : Mais bon, maintenant je suis beaucoup plus prudent avec mes e-mails. Et toi, tu fais attention à la durée de tes pauses café ?
— But now I'm much more careful with my e-mails. And you, are you careful about how long you take your coffee breaks?
Océane : Oui, je garde un œil sur l'heure maintenant. Laisse tomber ✪, je ne veux plus avoir des ennuis pour ça !
— Yes, I'm keeping an eye on the time right now. Forget it, I don't want to get in trouble for this!
